The journey is more important than the destination.

On the final day of our training we boldly made our way across a busy international shipping lane, dodging more than one giant container ship along the way. Were we foolhardy or just foolish?

Be happier. Simpler.  

Day three of our keelboat training saw us hop aboard with a new trainer, get to grips with some serious keeling, and finally start to feel a bit more confident about this whole sailing lark.

Day two of our foray into the sailing life came with a new set of challenges. Sailing under the Changi Airport landing zone, we were accidental race participants... and tackled seasickness!

Can we go from complete novices to competent crew in a matter of weekends? Some disappointing setbacks and then a boat crash on the first day probably weren't the best of omens...
